Quick and easy installation instructions for
Adobe Acrobat Reader

NOTE:  The screens shown below may appear different than yours; depending on what operating system you are using and the screen resolution of your monitor
Step - 1  Log off the internet, then go to the "Areader" folder folder on your hard drive

the highlighted icon in the above image is the set up icon

Step - 2  Double-Click the Acrobat Reader icon to start the installation

a set up screen will appear

Step - 3   Click the  [ Install ]  button to continue the installation

a progress bar will appear (as above)

Step - 4   When the progress bar completes, it will disappear; followed by the agreement shown below

Step - 5   Read the agreement and click the  [ ACCEPT ]  button to continue the installation

when the download is complete, the above dialogue box will disappear

Step - 6   In step 2 of this web page, see that Download the full version is checked, then click the red   > DOWNLOAD  button

Step - 7   Double-click the set up icon (above) to start the installation, on the resulting screen, click the Setup button.

Step - 8   Click the  [ Save ]  button to get the window below, then change the location of the  Save in  folder from whatever the default is showing to the folder Areader you created earlier

Step - 9   Clicking the  [ Save ]   button in the above window will save a compressed Acrobat reader file to your Areader folder and display a progress bar

Step - 10   Clicking the  [ Save ]
